Über mich
I am a certified Women's Coaching Specialist and virtual Nutrition Coach and have my BS in Exercise Science. While I coach all women (and men), I specialize in weight loss and strength training for women with endometriosis, PCOS, and thyroid disease who have had difficulty losing weight. Food is so much more than just fuel. I believe incorporating the foods my clients love into their weight loss plan is what will make them the most successful. Whether you have a full gym at your disposal or a couple bands at home, I can program your nutrition and exercise for whatever your fitness goals may be.
